TRAINING TO BECOME A HOTEL SPECIALIST

Training contents:
Insight into every department of our hotel
Receiving and advising guests at the hotel reception desk
Looking after guests during their stay
Insight into the service area - advising and serving guests in the restaurant, at the bar and at events
Preparing offers and invoices
Preparing and checking in hotel rooms
Duration of training:
3 years with block instruction in Bad Überkingen
Prerequisite:
Completion of Werkrealschule, Mittlere Reife, vocational baccalaureate or high school diploma
