Hotel specialist with additional qualification in hotel management
Restaurant specialist with additional qualification in kitchen and service management
Cook with additional qualification kitchen and service management
DURATION OF TRAINING:
3 years with block instruction in Bad Überkingen
DUAL STUDIES:
We are also happy to offer you a dual study program in our hotel.
Through this model, as with an apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience during your studies. This is a great advantage in the hotel and catering industry. You will complete the theoretical part of your studies at a university or university of cooperative education in a block or weekly model. These time models vary depending on the university/vocational academy.
