Filderkrautfest - Cabbage Festival

Celebrate with about 40.000 visitors in arcades and stalls, in streets and squares, in cozy barns, tents, halls and in restaurants of Leinfelden-Echterdingen.
The different flavors of fine Filderkraut (cabbage) is the focus of Germany's largest Krauthockets (cabbage festival): cabbage, cabbage rolls, meat platter, potato pasta, with cabbage-filled rolls – and don´t forget the original Echterdinger Deie and the Echterdinger herb cake produced according to the old recipe, both homemade. Enjoy the local food with brass band music, the beat of Latin rhythms, or the hits of cover bands.
